The establishment procedures of ordinary companies, limited liability companies, joint stock companies, limited partnerships or collective and cooperative companies can be carried out under the consultancy of expert lawyers.<\/p><p>Due to the fact that the commercial law is very comprehensive and the legislation is constantly updated, it requires experience as well as the necessity of acquiring and applying new information. Many branches of law such as commercial business law, corporate law, negotiable instruments law, maritime law, intellectual and industrial property law, insurance law are also considered within the scope of commercial law.<\/p><p>There are some concepts that commercial law focuses on while examining. These; commercial enterprise, commercial business, trader, trade name and business name, unfair competition, trademark, trade registry, merchant assistants, commercial books. In disputes that cannot be resolved through an agreement or in the failure to collect company receivables, Commercial and Company Law Cases are filed for the companies whose bankruptcy is requested and for the companies to be sold.
