They must be necessary to maintain family members and social order. Family law is also designed to protect children and the weak. Family law protects children from parents and also protects children in custody from guardianship and guardianship institutions. If the restriction of a person&#8217;s freedom is necessary to protect him, he will make the necessary arrangements and achieve this purpose.<\/p><p>There is also state intervention in family law. An example of this is the obligation to marry in the presence of an authorized official. There are many formal commitments in establishing family law relationships.
