All issues related to the equal distribution of property and the protection of individual rights are within the scope of inheritance law.<\/p><p>After the decedent&#8217;s death, the inherited property passes to the heirs. The partnership name on these goods is called joint ownership. There is no share in the title deed in the property together with the cooperation. Also, a partnership can be dissolved through division. If it can be shared in months, it can be solved this way.
