Inheritance Law

What is Inheritance Law?
Inheritance Law is all the issues related to the Law of Succession to prevent people from thinking about their property on death and if they leave their property to their relatives in case of death.

What is the Subject of Inheritance Law?

The question of how older people share their remaining assets is one of the most intriguing. All issues related to the equal distribution of property and the protection of individual rights are within the scope of inheritance law.

After the decedent’s death, the inherited property passes to the heirs. The partnership name on these goods is called joint ownership. There is no share in the title deed in the property together with the cooperation. In this case, the heirs can resolve the issue of the same division of the inheritance property by agreement. In short, the transfer of ownership is necessary in order to decide who will keep the property and to realize it. For this process, the people who are the proxies or heirs should be gathered together.

Each heir can sell all real estate and movable property and distribute his shares to his heirs by deducting the expenses incurred as a result of the sale. Also, a partnership can be dissolved through division. If it can be shared in months, it can be solved this way. The process for determining this will be determined after review by court experts in partnership dissolution cases.

The division of goods occurs as follows:

  • If there is a surviving spouse, the inheritance share differs depending on who you are with.
  • If the inheritor is the heir with the descendant, 1/4 of the inheritance is calculated.
  • If the inheritance is shared with the father and mother of the inheritor, 1/2 of the inheritance is calculated.
  • If the grandparents of the inheritor are heirs with their child, 3/4 of the inheritance share is calculated.
  • If none of these possibilities exist, all the inheritance is given to the surviving spouse.
